It can take up to a day, for smaller repairs or a little longer depending on if parts need to be ordered for your device. We have stock for most frequently serviced devices and have both local and national suppliers. We always attempt to order your parts through Special Delivery for a speedy turn around.

 

Yes, we primarily operate on collection and delivery model, right to your door, so you don’t have to worry about leaving your house at all. We want to save you the hassle and time as much as possible.

 

 

We can repair every computing device that you might have but primarily focus on Apple Mac Devices, Laptops, Desktop Computers, Tablets, Smartphones and Gaming Consoles.

 

There are no charge for assessments at all. They are completely free of charge for most devices. We may charge you an assessment charge of £45+VAT for Desktop Computers if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

Our standard warranty on almost repairs is 3 months. We can extend the warranty for you to 6 months to a year depending on the type of service we carry out for you. We will let you know if we can offer an extended warranty on your devices during the quotation stage.

We can collect from any location within the M25 now. We cover most Central and West London areas. There might be a small collection and drop off fee for certain far-off locations, but we will always let you know first. Areas where the collections are free are as follows:
